With us, you will have the opportunity to work independently while helping to strengthen the team.<\/p>\n<p>As a site foreman, you will be a key member of our environmental services department, working closely with our project managers and site operatives. You will ensure that our environmental remediation projects are carried out correctly and that procedures are followed.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Planning work and schedules with the project manager, assigning tasks to site operatives and providing clear instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating staffing and planning tasks efficiently, including managing several work crews.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that working hours and breaks are observed and that hours are recorded against the correct project numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Attending site meetings, completing the required quality management forms (KLS), and ensuring that the decontamination unit is connected to the necessary services and that tools are available on site.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating effectively with clients and managing several projects at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Your skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>At least five years of experience in environmental remediation.<\/li>\n<li>An asbestos removal training certificate.<\/li>\n<li>A category B driving licence, preferably with category BE entitlement for towing trailers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a wide range of people.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in written and spoken Danish, plus conversational English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>An engaging and challenging working environment with a focus on professional development.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to work on a variety of environmental remediation projects.<\/li>\n<li>A strong team of dedicated colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>A competitive salary and good employment terms, including a pension scheme and a flexible benefits allowance (fritvalgsordning).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>About Allan Ploug A\/S<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Allan Ploug A\/S is a leading company in environmental remediation, technical insulation and fire protection.
