example,\u00a0<strong>heating systems<\/strong>\u00a0can be water-borne systems that distribute water to heaters such as radiators, underfloor heating, etc. The heat sources can be of different types systems able to cool a building. The cooling energy is most often generated by a refrigeration compressor. There are also plants that extract energy from seawater or groundwater. This avoids the use of compressors, which use a lot of energy. The cooled medium (water, brine or glycol solutions) is distributed to points of consumption via a piping system.
